County Recovery Services's Simple Warranty Program

At County Recovery Service Inc every product is tested before being offered for sale!

  • All tested, good products come with a full repair or replacement warranty from date of purchase, all products must be installed to oem manufacturer specs, ie. Not used for racing or something other than street legal use.
  • All products 10 years or newer come with a full 1 year warranty, if under 75,000 miles and less than 10 years old
  • All products with less than 100,000 miles and less than 10 years old come with a 6 month warranty.
  • All products older than 10 years have at least a 30 day warranty depending on product type.
  • Some products come with a lifetime warranty.
  • All warranty information is in the description of every product. For any product that does not have this information, contact us and we will gladly provide the information needed.
  • At the time of purchase, extended warranties can be purchased for most products. Ask for details

County Recovery Service's Return Policy

County Recovery Service accepts all products to be returned by return authorization only.

Return authorization is given at County Recovery Service's discretion. County Recovery Service will accept the product to be returned only if the product is deemed acceptable. As a return it must be in same condition as when purchased and must have County Recovery Service's markings. Credit will not be issued until the return is validated. All qualified returns must be received within 30 days of sales invoice date. If we receive a product without a return authorization number marked on the shipping label it will be refused and returned freight collect to buyer of the product.
