THIS AGREEMENT BEGINS ON THE
AGREEMENT DATE AND SHALL END 101 day 6, 12 OR 24 MONTH or (4 year/1460) FROM
THE AGREEMENT DATE DEPENDING ON THE TERM SELECTED.
THIS OPTIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT IS
MADE ONLY TO THE CUSTOMER LISTED ON THE INVOICE AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE, AND
NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE ASSEMBLY HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN A CONSUMER'S
VEHICLE.
THIS AGREEMENT CAN COVER THE
REASONABLE AND CUSTOMARY LABOR CHARGES UP TO 50% OF THE PART PRICE AS
INDICATED ON THE INVOICE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE AN ASSEMBLY DUE TO A COVERED
BREAKDOWN.
KEY TERMS (WHEN USED, WILL APPEAR IN

"YOU" AND "YOUR" MEAN THE
REPAIRER/PARTS RE-SELLER (CUSTOMER) SHOWN ON THE CRS INVOICE.
"WE" "US" AND "OUR" MEANS CRS
CORPORATION OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES.
"ASSEMBLY"
MEANS THE ENGINE (INCLUDING ONLY THE CYLINDER BLOCK, CYLINDER HEADS AND ALL
INTERNAL LUBRICATED PARTS) AND/OR THE TRANSMISSION (INCLUDING ONLY THE CASE,
TORQUE CONVERTER AND ALL INTERNAL LUBRICATED PARTS) AND/OR FRONT AXLE OR
REAR AXLE (INCLUDING HOUSING, KNUCKLES, AXLES, INTERNAL GEARS, ELECTRONIC
CONTROL UNIT AND BEARINGS) AND/OR TRANSFER CASE (INCLUDING INTERNAL
COMPONENTS AND INTERNAL ELECTRONICS) AND/OR CARRIER ASSEMBLY (INCLUDING GEAR
SET, CASE WITH NON-REMOVABLE STUB AXLES AND FLANGES) PURCHASED BY YOU FOR
RESALE AND/OR FOR INSTALLATION IN A CONSUMER'S VEHICLE.
"BREAKDOWN" MEANS THE FAILURE OF THE
ASSEMBLY SUPPLIED TO YOU DUE TO A DEFECT IN MATERIAL.
"AGREEMENT DATE" MEANS THE DATE YOU
PURCHASED THE ASSEMBLY AS INDICATED ON YOUR CRS INVOICE.
"REPAIRER"
MEANS AN INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND OPERATED LICENSED REPAIR FACILITY LOCATED
IN THE United States of America. VEHICLE" MEANS THE CAR OR LIGHT TRUCK IN
WHICH THE ASSEMBLY IS INSTALLED
"COST" MEANS THE REASONABLE AND CUSTOMARY CHARGES FOR PARTS
AND LABOR NECESSARY TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PARTS COVERED. THESE CHARGES
SHALL NOT EXCEED 50% OF THE PART PRICE AS INDICATED ON THE INVOICE AND ARE
DERIVED FROM LABOR ALLOWANCES FROM NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED LABOR TIME
ALLOWANCE MANUALS.

PRIVATE PASSENGER USE TO COMMERCIAL OR FLEET USE.
IF THE COVERED ASSEMBLY IN NOT
PROPERLY MAINTAINED USING THE CORRECT TYPES AND LEVELS OF FLUIDS AND
LUBRICANTS AS OUTLINED IN THE OWNER'S MANUAL FOR THE VEHICLE.
IF THE VEHICLE IS USED FOR RACING OR
OTHER FORMS OF COMPETITION OR OFF-ROAD RECREATIONAL PURPOSES. WE WILL ASK
FOR DIGITAL COLOR PICTURES AS PROOF OF INSTALLATION SHOWING OUR VEHICLE
RECORD NUMBER.
WE WILL NOT PAY BENEFITS:
WHEN REPAIRS ARE PERFORMED WITHOUT
PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FOR CRS INC.
FOR A BREAKDOWN CAUSED BY OR
INVOLVING COLLISION, FIRE, THEFT, VANDALISM, RIOT, EXPLOSION, LIGHTNING,
EARTHQUAKE, WINDSTORM, HAIL, WATER, FREEZING, OR FLOODS.
FOR A BREAKDOWN CAUSED BY ABUSE,
MISUSE OR MODIFICATIONS.
FOR A BREAKDOWN CAUSED BU TOWING A
TRAILER OR ANOTHER VEHICLE UNLESS THE VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED FOR THIS PURPOSE
AS RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
IF THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO
PLOW SNOW, WHETHER THE SNOWPLOW IS ATTACHED TO THE VEHICLE OR NOT.

DAMAGE OR LOSS SHOULD THE VEHICLE BE INVOLVED IN A COLLISION CAUSED BY OR
INVOLVING A BREAKDOWN.

REGULAR MAINTENANCE DURING THE AGREEMENT PERIOD AS RECOMMENDED BY THE
MANUFACTURER OWNER'S MANUAL. AS WELL AS OTHER ESSENTIAL INFORMATION IN
DETERRING CLAIM Related issues.
A) We will ask for analyzer codes for
electrical/transmission/engine products and oil pressures If a factor.
B) We will ask for computer generated
receipts for all purchased installation products.
C) We will ask about problems with
the unit being replaced to ensure that our product is not having the same
problems as the item being replaced.
D) We will ask for run codes from
scanners at time of installation to ensure there are no problems; such as,
improper grounds, etc. This will aid us in making decisions to either repair
the unit, or to replace the unit should an issue arise.
